Parking was bad arrived a good 25 mins before appointment and couldn’t find a space after driving around for the full 25 mins I had to park it in the main road after dropping my child off to go in on her own and wait for me

The staff know my daughter well and remeber information about her hobbies and likes and dislikes which makes her feel comfortable. They always listen to her and what she has to say.

Everything was brilliant apart from the parking. There has never been a problem before but this time I had to park outside the hospital and walk quite a way with a child with cerebral palsy which is not at all ideal.

The consultant, [name removed] was extremely thorough, and listened to what I, and others had to say, about myself.
I am glad to finally have some sort of an answer.

As per usual, the waiting times to go through the consultancy phase, however, all my appointments were kept and were on time.

[name removed] offered outstanding care and support. As a sports person, she tailod my programme to my goals of being fit for the cricket season and enjoyed the range and depth of exercises provided. She was supportive and listened to my concerns, knowledgeable in answering my qustions. Highly satisfied at myprogress.
Suggested improvements
The space that [name removed] provided me was physio in was very small and busy I think larger areas for patients and physios to work in would mprove practise, patient satisfaction, andcare. It's hard to feel you are in a place of privacy.
